Attachment Workflow

I have created a workflow to check a box if there is an attachment on the row, but it is marking all checkboxes regardless of there being an attachment or not, any ideas?

Can you share some screenshots of the sheet where you expect it to work? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

Strange! Check so you don't have another workflow triggering. Also, try to duplicate the current workflow and deactivate the first one.

Did that make any difference?

I do have a workflow that generates a document initially but created it after many of the rows were populated without attachments. So I am wondering if that can be throwing a false positive result on those rows. But now that I look at that workflow it appears to not be running as created so will need to investigate more.

I did recreate the workflow several times with the same result.

Check the activity log and last run for clues about what's triggering it.
