Unable to open files with over 14,000 rows

Hi, I was able to import an excel file (3.67MB) with 14,000 rows, however, when I tried to open it, the below page shows up:

Do you know why this happened and how to solve it? Thanks in advance!

I hope you're well and safe!

Strange! Try making a copy of the sheet and test opening it in another browser.

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
