Multiple approvals

I have an automation set up that is requesting approval, it is going out to 5 people. Their approval is going into one column called approval status. Does this mean all approvals will show up in this column? How will this work?

If you need to record multiple approvals, you will need to set up individual approval columns and individual approval automations. If using a single column from a single automation, the most recent submission will be the only one shown.

I can't set up multiple people in my automation because I don't have any conditions. Or maybe I just don't know how to, are you able to show me an example? Thank you!

It would not be multiple people in a single automation. It would be multiple automations. You need one for each individual.
