I have 3 different reports built out. One for approved status, one for pending, one for declined. But some reports are showing approved in the report that is supposed to be just pending or vise versa. It is filtered.

Could you provide a screenshot of the filter criteria for each of the Reports? Without that it would be difficult to guide you.

This is the declined report, but it is showing 3 fields:

Here are my filters:

First filter is asking for market segment to be EMS. Then all other filters have a value selected of declined
