Can the results of a form be shared with someone using an email in the form?

I use a SmartSheet form for preceptors to evaluate nurses. I want the form that the preceptor fills out to be shared with the nurse being evaluated. Can I automate this process?

Yes, you can add a Workflow that triggers an alert to send after submission.
