I want to create forms that pull values from and link to other files. Should I upload all my documents to Smartsheet, or can Smartsheet pull from our server if we allow access? If I need to upload everything, is there a storage limit? If so, what is it?

Example: I want to create a build sheet that pulls pictures and specs. for said part. In the build sheet, I want to link the tool number to the specs. of that tool and so on.

Note that there isn't a limit to the number of attachments on a row or sheet, but your storage space in total will depend on your plan type. See: https://www.smartsheet.com/pricing

You can also store your files online and then link to them in Smartsheet: Attach a file or link from an online resource
