Smartsheet iPad App - Adding Comments to a row

When using the Smartsheet App on the iPad with the Pencil, our users are trying to add comments to the row but the floating dock with the undo, keyboard, mic, and return blocks the send button. You can slide it over to the left but it then blocks the mention and attachment buttons on the row. Has anyone else come across this and has anyone figured out how to move the floating dock anywhere besides those two places? This only seems to appear when using the pencil.

I have the same issue but do not use the app very often. The not-great workaround I use is - after writing the comment I switch dictate on and then when it requests mic access, I select "not now", and then the dock isn't there anymore and I can send the comment.
