COUNTIF Formula Issues with Dates
I have a sheet set up where I'm trying to highlight, and then remove duplicate entries. Duplicates are defined as having the same name, begin date, and end date. I have used a helper column to combine name + begin date + end date and called that column 'Test'. Then I used a COUNTIF formula to try to find duplicates '=COUNTIF([Test]:[Test], =[Test]) and I get '#Invalid Operation. The formula works great on other columns, just seems something about combining the text of a name with dates that makes the formula no longer work. Any suggestions?
