Duplicating Expense Form but needing a new fresh spreadsheet to collect new data
Hi, I have duplicating my 2023 Expense Form but I need a new fresh spreadsheet to collect new data for 2024. How do I connect a new spreadsheet? My submissions are still connecting to last year's form? I do this every year but haven't had this problem until now.
Thanks for the help!

I believe you will need to set up a new spreadsheet and recreate the form for that spreadsheet.

I hope you're well and safe!
Here are some options.
- Duplicate the sheet as an archive for the 2023 data, and then clear out the original so you can collect the 2024 data.
- Duplicate the sheet without any data, add a helper column to indicate which year it's for, add that field to the form, set it to 2024 as default and hide it, and then add a move row workflow to have it moved to the new sheet for 2024.
- Depending on how much data you have in the sheet, you could use the previous method but in the same sheet with the same form or add a new form.
Would any of those options work/help?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend & Happy New Year!
