Why can't I add a new user?
When trying to add user, I'm getting the following -
The email address XXX.XXX@XX.com can't be added as they belong to another account.Contact our Support team for more information on adding this person to your account.

Email addresses can only be associated with one Smartsheet account at a time. If you're receiving this message, this is likely because that email is already part of a different plan.
You can either add them in with a different email or ask them to request that the system administrator of the other plan removes them. Here's more information: Add or edit individual users
