Next question questionnaires and the best methods for acquiring customer profile information

Hi,

I have a nested questionaire of about 50 questions. I stated that the questionaire is nested because some questions will be asked based on previous answers. There's a question flow hierarchy to follow. I would like to have a smart form to survey end users with these questions and have all the data stored in one smartsheet. This smartsheet then would be used as a source of data for some other automated templates we have to create SOW's and design blueprints. Is there a way to create a smartsheet form that would work in this manner and be able to store some very wordy answers in the cell sizes provided. I was thinking that each row of data would be answers from one user, and each question's answers would be in each column. I believe the spreadsheet cells will get very big. Any help that is available would be greatly appreciated.

There are a couple of options.

• Multiple Forms, one after another
• Premium App, Dynamic View

Would any of those options work/help?
