Form Design Displaying non-Character text

Have come back into my form design today and am unable to read the text displayed. This error is not persistent in the form entry as seen by the end user or in the sheet view, but is impacting the design side.

Has anyone come across this and has a workaround? The only thing I could think to try was modifying one field, and of course logging off and on, both to no effect.

Check if you've by any chance a different region set in your personal settings. If not, the only other solution will be is to reach out to Smartsheet support.

Thanks @AravindGP, the region settings are correct and still essentially using it on the same device and internet connection. I will reach out to support :)
