Is it possible to link 2 columns together in the same table?

Hi Everyone

Is it possible to link 2 columns together or even 2 cell together in the same sheet. I would like 2 particular columns expressing "completed" and " not completed". I also want these 2 columns and cells to read between each other showing the same data, even when switched.

You could use Workflows to trigger for each if the different options are limited and defined.
