Can someone without an Smartsheet account response using an input form?

I want to collect Survey information from clients and their employees using an input form. However, it seems they are forced to create a trial account in order to respond, This will make it less likely they will bother.

You should not need to have an account to submit a form. I have created a form for a survey and sent it out to over 200 people, only about 1/4 of them have a Smartsheet account. There were no issues with anyone submitting their responses.
