Query function to fill a mapped "Project Snapshot"
I have no idea if this is possible. Can I create some kind of widget where a person can enter the 4-digit Job # (that number happens to live in a massive Smartsheet in the Primarily Column) and the widget returns a nicely formatted table with about 20 fields of information. Can I create a nicely formatted table with fields mapped to the massive Smartsheet?

Hi @Cathy D
If you have other sheets or tables with the 4-digit Job# and corresponding 20 fields of information, you can use a formula to retrieve the infomarin using the Job# as a key.
=INDEX({cross-sheet-reference range of the information at other sheet},MATCH([Job#]@row, {cross-sheet-reference range of the Job# at the other sheet },0))
In the demo dashboard below, the left sheet gets the information on the right sheet using Job# as a key with the following formula.
=INDEX({Other Sheet Range Field 1}, MATCH([Job#]@row, {Other Sheet Range Job#}, 0))
=INDEX({Other Sheet Range Field 20}, MATCH([Job#]@row, {Other Sheet Range Job#}, 0))

Thank you so much.
The formula is helpful for sure.
I am really looking for a way to pull up a one-page table of information for the job that is bi-directional. I've been reading threads here and there is a common request for the ability to create a form that updates existing rows. My table idea is a step beyond with the query to populate the form that will then have the ability to update existing job rows.
I'll see what I can do with INDEX/MATCH.
Again, much thanks!
