How to create program site

Could someone please instruct me how to create a program site? The components I'd like to include there -

1. Statuses and timelines of parent projects with milestones.  I found it in Site Gallery. 
2. Discussion board. People can raise questions, comments here so that we can reduce an amount of e-mail among team members.
3. Document repository (per parent project)
4. And of course, little status board per parent project.

I'm new for Smartsheet. If someone can manual page or provide quick "how to" guide, I would appreciate.

Based on the widget types offered for Smartsheet Sights, discussions cannot be implemented on a site page. This does not seem to be an innate feature of Smartsheets.

You might consider publishing your data to the web and embed it in a private website.
