Question on preserving Conditional Logic when downgrading account
I currently have several SmartSheet documents created under my Business account. Many of them have extensive Conditional Logic flows. I need to downgrade my account for about (3) months to a Pro account and wanted to know if there is a way of saving these forms that were made with Conditional Logic when I downgrade so they are preserved for future use? I do not need to access them during this time, rather I just do not want to lose all the work I put into them.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @shopsafe
I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now to have them saved for 3 months, but it's an excellent idea!
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hi @shopsafe
Would you be able to transfer ownership of these sheets to someone you know who has a Business plan? Then they can keep the form logic until you're able to take ownership again. In the meantime, you can be an Admin on the sheet.
Cheers,
Genevieve
