What template is best for Managing multiple projects?

Good morning, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I run a small cabinet shop and we have anywhere from 3-7 projects in our pipeline at one time - I was hoping to use smartsheet to manage these and see the different phases each project is in - all in one place.
