Hi Doug,

A user with Admin or Owner permissions on a sheet can set that up when the Gantt view is on and they enable dependencies for a project.

In order to have those permissions, you need a paid license. You can ask whoever created or has admin permissions to the sheet you are working on to set this column up for you.
