I joined with a Pro account today. my work partner and I both have Pro accounts, but I can't access or edit a sheet that he created. What does he need to do to give me edit/revise access?

There is a Share button on the top right of every sheet if he wants to share individual sheets with you.

Or he can right click on the name of the workspace in the tree and share an entire workspace.

After clicking either of these he will be able to enter your contact details and set permission levels for you.

@KPH is correct! However there's one more detail needed for Pro accounts. You will both need to be licensed on the same Pro Plan in order to edit sheets together. Here's more information: Dashboard widgets and sharing in the Pro plan

Hi @phile

One of you will need to invite the other as a Licensed User on their plan - this will then cancel their other plan. Here's more information: What to do when you receive an invitation to join a Smartsheet account

Keep in mind that if your colleague has other licensed users on their Pro plan, then inviting a System Admin of another plan will invite all of their members at once, not just the individual user.
