Service account setup
I added a service account for control center use however it has no associated email, how do I get it from pending to active?

I abandon this path and had Exchange accounts created for an Admin and a Test user.

TonyY, it would probably depend on your organization as to how they handle service accounts. As a Health Authority ours can be very restrictive. You will need an account with a mailbox to receive notifications etc. and if allowed I would have it be a shared mailbox so you can have other users, also good as backup if the owner is unavailable.

I am struggling to find documentation on (1) the use cases for a service account and (2) how to transfer a control center blueprint to a service account as owner. Were either of you provided any Help documentation to get started? Thanks!
