Document Generator adding multiple rows in a single document

Hi,

I'm trying to use the document generator tool to generate a pdf that includes multiple information from rows of the same column e.g.:

Name@row Position@row Salary@row

Name@row Position@row Salary@row

However, the app is generating a document per row. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong when formatting the document. It seems to me that this function is very common and should be intuitive.

Let me know if there are any solutions or even third party extensions for this.

Thank you

    Hi @EnriqueGP17

I hope you're well and safe!

Document Builder only generates documents from one row of data each, so you must add all data needed to one row.

    Make sense?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

This should be built in to the fucntionality as this would be a handy tool for creating production Purchase orders, amoung other things.

    Hi,

I am curious if this has been revisited and if it is in the works from Smartsheet? I chatted with a couple of employees at Engage and it was mentioned that it was "in the works" and possibly coming soon. It would truly be a game changer to create 1 document from multiple rows for those of us who are creating invoices with multiple rows of data.

    Thanks!
