Hi,
I am brand new to the Smart Sheets community and I have a question: When adding an automation based on the Due Date and the status is "Not Yet Completed" the email is sent to the person added to the Assigned To column... If the person that is assigned the Task does not complete the task, how are they reminded? By email and how often?
