Formula incorrectly stating two cells are not equal

I have two columns, one is an index collect formula and the other is a simple subtraction of two cells. I want to create a formula to display a message if the two cells are not equal. I created the following formula '=IF([UOB QA]1 <> UOB1, "Check UOB")' and as you can see below, the two columns are identical and it's still showing the error message.

I have ensured both are the same format and took out the decimal to ensure it wasn't a rounding issue. I've copied the same formulas for all other pages and it works on all of them except this sheet. Any ideas on why it's not working on this sheet? Thanks!

Can you show a screenshot of those same cells but with the decimals expanded to show as many as possible? What are the formulas you are using to populate the two columns?

Try this to check if the cells are interpreted as text or numbers.

=IF(ISTEXT(UOB@row), "Text", "Number")

=IF(ISTEXT([UOB QA]@row), "Text", "Number")

What did it show?
