Smartsheet Core product certification

I recently passed Core product certification almost 2 weeks back but I am yet to receive my certification badge or online certificate. Not sure what is the process to get either a physical or digital copy of my certificate.

Appreciate anyone's comments on next steps.

After logging into https://smartu.smartsheet.com/, try clicking on "My Profile" (located top right), and see check your certificate / badges under "credentials".

Thanks for your response. I checked "My Profile" but do not have any "certificate/badge". Its been 3 weeks since I passed core product certification. Does it normally take time to get credential added to my account?

I received the Core Product certification in August 2023. How long is it good for? In the past, I believe it was valid for 2 years. Wondering if that has changed? Thank you!

Hi @dminenna

There isn't necessarily a set "expiration" date on a certification; it is valid for as long as the certification exam exists. The exams are updated when it makes sense given significant product changes, which does tend to be around every 2 years.

@Suket - did your cert ever get registered? I passed the Core certification yesterday, but haven't seen it in my profile yet.

I also just passed the exam, and still have not received my certification badge. Bumping this to see if there was any result?

@Annie N & @RPisarek , it has been 8 months and i am yet to receive Core certification badge. I created couple of support tickets also but no one from SS has responded yet.

Not sure what else to do to pursue this further.
