Automation workflow not working

These workflows are running when I try "Run Now" but not running immediately when I check the appropriate checkbox to trigger the change... Any thoughts? Screenshots of sheet and workflows, thank you!

Hi, @Sarahvani , your observation is correct. A workflow automation is triggered when the modified cell/value is saved, but it can take anywhere from a few seconds to 5+ minutes to execute. Our users are trained to expect that delay in our workflows.
