Changing Sender name and email in automated email

I was wondering if Smartsheet has come up with a solution to change the name and email of the sender. Specifically, I want all replies to the automated email to go to another Smartsheet user in my organization.

  • You can made the other person admin, have them build the automation, and then the email will be sent out from them and replies would go back to them. If you want to send the automation, you could set up Outlook inbox rules to move the item to another folder for collection and forward the same email to a set person based on the Subject or another identifying field unique to that reply.
