Remove "Fill out forms with a Smartsheet App"

Hello Everyone. is there a way to remove this message and download links from the top of forms?

This occurs when I create a form for users who do not have a Smartsheet account. We use a QR code to display the form link. When the user scans the QR code with an IOS device, the form comes up with "Fill out forms with a Smartsheet App" and buttons to "Download" or "Open in App" are displayed. Most users tend to select download and the from will try to open in the app. Since the user does not have an account or wants to set a free account up, it gets frustrating for the user or they do not use any forms.

I do have the toggle off in settings to require users to log in. I did see this same post in 2019 so I am assuming this is something I can not turn off. Is this correct?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now to remove it, but it's an excellent idea!
