iPad Bold Type, on and off?

I notice, if opening a file on a PC, if the last typeset was Bold Type, when you open the Sheet on an iPad, your type will be in Bold. Where in the iPad app, can you switch your type to and from Bold, Italics, or Underscored?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now in the web version, but it's an excellent idea!
