Restrict management of user profile photos to sysadmin only

Is there an option that would restrict the ability to change user profile photos to only the sysadmin? Our company would like to be able to enforce consistency of employee photos across all applications so that only the employees' official company photos are used. I know we can enforce this type of restriction in most of our other applications but not sure about Smartsheet.

As a System Admin for a Business or Enterprise plan, you can restrict Profile Visibility, but there currently isn't a way to prevent employees from choosing their own image.
