Formula referencing multiple criteria

Hi,

I am a little stumped on where to start with this one. I have where I want this sheet to count each of the columns of another sheet if certain criteria are met. For instance, I want to know the sum of Beginning Case Load - Active Status if the role is nursing and the date helper column is 2/2/24 (the return response should be 10).

Formulas are not a strong point for me, I am trying to learn.

I want this to calculate on a separate sheet.

Yo are going to need a SUMIFS with cross sheet references. If you aren't able to get anything working after reading these two articles, feel free to show how far you have gotten, and we can help troubleshoot from there.
