As System Admin, can we adjust the permission settings to default to "Editor Cannot Share"?

Can we change our settings on our account so that “Editor cannot share” is the default when giving people access?

I feel your pain @Brittanyy . I am constantly having to download the sheet access report weekly to see how many people were given "Editor - Can Share" rights by a handful of licensees who have been told numerous times NOT to use it. Taking away their permissions (admin) only makes it worse on those who have to deal with the security aspect. I was told that Enterprise offers this level of security to eliminate some of these features, but to what extent i dont know.

For now our company isnt going to upgrade just for childish behavior, but if it was controllable from the Admin Home Page or the Account Settings, i would gladly jump all over that.
