Calculating number of 'live' delegates within a specific date range

Hello,

I am trying to use a formula to calculate how many 'live' delegates we have on our programme, with end dates larger than for example 01/01/24.

I have tried using formulas such as COUNT, COUNTIFS, SUM, SUMIFS but none of these work.

I need a formula which will calculate IF status is 'Live', then how many 'live' delegates are on the programme with a date larger than e.g. 01/01/24.
