Automation not triggering

I have a sheet that tracks employees certifications. I'd like to setup a single automation that runs to alert the employee when the expiration date is within 90, 60 and 30 days away and the date of expiration. I have individual columns set up in the sheet for each alert date, so 1 column for 90 days to expiration and so on

I have a basic automation built that is working but it's not triggering.

    Hi, @ldavies95 , it sounds like you want the automation to check on a daily basis instead of just one once at 5:00 AM on 02/06/2024.

    To change your automation to run everyday:

    1. Select a "Custom" recurrence instead of "Run once".
    2. Set it to "Repeat every 1 Day".
    3. Select when you want the recurrence to begin, "Starts <<date>>".
    4. Set "Ends 'Never'".
    5. Select the time you want the recurrence to run each day.
