Gantt Chart Consolidated Milestones

Has anyone found a way to consolidate multiple milestones in a gantt chart so that they appear on one line?

At the moment, each critical step can only be shown on a separate line, but after 1000 projects, the Gantt is overwhelming. Id like to have one line with all the key steps consolidated...Not sure if this is possible in the basics or even an add on?

This is not possible at all. Gantt charts can only show a single start and end date (outside of the baselining feature).

@Paul Newcome I didnt think so. Are there any ways to show a report in an alternate view that is more visually simple than a list of dates? Perhaps start > end dates on a calendar, etc?

@Anastasia Blades If you have start and end dates, you can switch it over to calendar view.

Calendar View is one of the four ways to view your sheet in Smartsheet and provides an interactive and easily customizable view of your work on a calendar. Smartsheet Calendar View also allows to publish or overlay on Google calendar or an iCal in Outlook or Apple calendars.   Just like the other sheet views in Smartsheet, Calendar View is driven by the column types in your sheet. In order to create a Calendar, you must have at least one Date column, and can get more comprehensive with both a start and end date for a task.
