it says "You do not have access to this item" I am the owner and admin of all sheets

Double check that your email didn't change. If your account changed, you may have Admin under the old account but not the new.

Other than that, I can't think of any reason why you can't access a sheet if you have Admin to that sheet. You can try ensuring you have Admin to the workspace that the sheet sits in and try again.

hi @Ann Darretta, are you experiencing the same issue whether using web or desktop?

If you are using a browser, could your browser be trying to log you in under an email that is not your actual Smartsheet email?

I encounter that message when I move from one instance of Smartsheet to another (e.g. my work instance versus an NGO where I also do Smartsheet work.
