Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now...

I was working along as usual this morning, and suddenly I see, "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now. Please check for any known issues at status.smartsheet.com or contact us at www.smartsheet.com/gethelp for help." when switching sheets.

I continued to have trouble, so tried going to Support. It wanted me to sign in (again), but again, all I see is the Smartsheet bluescreen loading bar, then "Sorry we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet..."

It's been like this for 15 minutes now. I've tried different browsers, private mode, clearing cache.

The status.smartsheet.com page lists everything green.

Is anyone else having this problem?
