Excel Import Error

Hello,

I have an Excel document I am trying to import into Smartsheet and am continuously receiving an error message. I've tried clearing the format of the Excel document, reducing it to just 1 sheet (ultimately there are 5 sheets I will need to import), and trying to make it as basic as possible for import. Has anyone experienced the same thing before?
