Row being added from another sheet

When looking at a data sheet past users used within the activity log in one section it says Row being added from another sheet. Does that really mean being added from another sheet source if so how can I figure out the source which it is coming from?

To figure it out, I checked the date/time it was last updated in the directory where you can see the sheets.
