MFA and Logging In

Hi

MFA has been introduced to my Smartsheet login however my Smartsheet account was created with an e-mail address that is not my Microsoft e-mail address need for authentication

My account has been moved over to my Microsoft e-mail address however my sheets and workspace admin is still assigned to my old Smartsheet account so I cannot create automations etc

I've tried logging onto my old Smartsheet account to change admin rights however the MFA won't allow me

I've also copied my sheets but they retain the old admin e-mail address

we have several users in our business that are having the same difficulties their account were created with an incorrect e-mail address

Has this been resolved?

If you're still seeing differences between emails and accounts, I would suggest contacting Smartsheet Support directly with the email addresses in question so that they can troubleshoot this with you in a private channel.
