Anyone know why this IFERROR formula isn't working?

As you can see I want the formula to return a blank if there is an error but it's still returning "#BLOCKED"

Hi @Angiulo,
You are getting #BLOCKED because some of the rows in the "Gallons of recycling capacity" column have errors in the formula. You're formula cannot execute against another formula that has failed. Since the formula itself cannot run, the =IFERROR won't address this.
