See the image below. All i was clicking on was using template. it would start to load then would come up with the error displayed. I have tried restarting my machine, restarting browser, clearing history/cookies. But its looking more like the error is on SCC end.

@Andrée Starå - I am on an individual Plan. When i go to upgrade to Pro i keep getting another error telling me that my browser can't connect to Smartsheet

I think the issue with the Dashboard comes from the limits in Pro.
The second issue is strange, but try to log out and in again, and if that doesn't work, try it in incognito/private mode.
Did that make any difference?
