Calculating an average from column data

good afternoon, so I have the following sheet setup. I would like to do a calculation for the overall status that would show the average percentage from the the other columns.

Also, what format would I used to show 100% in a cell? I tried percentage but when in 100% it does not show that.

Is there a quick way to mass remove hyperlinks within specific columns on a Smartsheet? I do not want to "clear content", just remove the hyperlinks.
