How to Sum (Distinct Value Column 1 * the Qty in the same Row) + the Count of distinct in Column1

In your most recent screenshots, it looks like the [Siflex Cost] and [20% Cost] columns are blank there in the formula sheet. If you are matching on those columns, you need to have data to match with.

I was trying to display the values from the [Amperage], [SiFlex], and [20% Cost] Columns in the "Breakers and Costs" Sheet to the "SieFlex Cost Summary" Sheet. With respect to/Matched to the "Items Being Added" Column values.
Is there a different approach I should be using?

For those columns you can use an INDEX/MATCH.
=INDEX({Reference Sheet Column To Pull}, MATCH([Column To Match On]@row, {Reference Sheet Column TO Match In}, 0))
