Locking certain columns for parent row only

Hi,

Is there a way we can lock certain rows of the parent row column so that no one can edit it? However, the child rows would not be affected by it.

You would have to lock the entire parent row. You cannot lock individual cells.

Dollar amounts in a form
I am trying to require a form field to only populate a number to display in a dollar format. I can only see the requirement of a number, but not an actual dollar amount. Is this possible in a form?
Copied Smarsheet as new, now Conditional Formatting will not work at all
