Can a trigger be set so that once a form is submitted an email response goes back to that person with next steps? Can that email contain links?

Yes. You would set up an alert automation.

Unable to Publish a Report
I need to publish a report in order to add the URL to a dashboard so we can retain its calendar view. The Publish option is not showing in the drop down and I am the owner of the report and the source sheet. What are we missing?

I have a form that users may complete with lots of information as well as submit attachments. The data is then used to populate rows on another sheet. Is there any way (was hoping for some automation?) to get row level attachments to another sheet instead of manually downloading them then uploading them?
