Why am I not seeing the form submissions I receive in my Smartsheet?

I have submitted 3 forms but can't see the submissions in my Smartsheet.

Double check that you are looking at the correct sheet. Also scroll all the way down to the bottom of the sheet to see if they are there.

Thank you - I scrolled to the bottom and the data was at row 255. How can I fix this issue or why did this happen. Does deleting the rows fix it?

It happens when those first rows have already been used. Even though they are blank, they have still been used, and forms populate the first unused row. Instead of deleting data from the cells, try deleting the entire row using the row menu. You can delete multiple rows at a time using this method as well.

Hi! I'm a new user, and having the same problem. Except my data from the form submission is not in the sheet at all. Is there something I need to do in the form submission to get it to populate the sheet? When I click open forms it shows 1 submission, but I've no idea where it's gone to. Thanks!
