How can I make a conditional formatting that flags red when two same dates are entered in a column?
I am Trying to configure a vacation calendar for my direct reports, and I want to flag the calendar if more than two associates ask for the same date for vacation. Thanks in advance for the help.

This is what I did in my PTO calendar, this will count how many days have overlapping time off requests.
In your case, you'll just use conditional formatting on any value greater than 1. In my case, I have conditional formatting for any value over 4.
=COUNTIFS([START DATE (FROM)]:[START DATE (FROM)], >=[START DATE (FROM)]@row, [END DATE (TO)]:[END DATE (TO)], <=[END DATE (TO)]@row)
Hope this helps!
Sincerely,
