How do I get a report of all attachments in our Plan artefacts?

I have System Admin access but can't see how I can download a report of all the attachments we have in our sheets at a Plan level. Is there some way of doing this?

No, there currently isn't a way to download a report of attachments in Sheets at a plan level.
