Auto create child rows

I am trying to get my sheet to work from @Paul Newcome solution. https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/108432/auto-create-child-rows-without-bridge-or-api

I am getting an error and I am at wits end. I have been trying to solve for 5 hrs.
